Eminent Domain is an issue that has recently come to light. Mr. Dunn has been a front-runner in this fight for about 3 years. He believes in the rights of the people to own and sell their own property. The original intent of Eminent Domain was to take private land for government use. Now, your government can take your land and give it to someone else if it is believed that your land can be developed to generate more revenue for the good ole' boys. This is wrong, and James Dunn will fight this abuse.
